October 31st…. RAIN

The October 31st forecast called for rain.
…and WOW did it RAIN!!
All my paper mache props are sealed, so I didn’t need to worry about them being out in the bad weather.
The only thing I had to alter because of the rain was the hag’s cauldron. The cauldron, like almost all my props is made of paper mache. It has a faux liquid toppper, and inside has a blacklight. The rain was seeping in under the faux topper and pooling inside. I had to drill a hole in the bottom of the cauldron for it to drain.
Luckily the weather cleared by about 6:30pm and a nice fog filled the neighborhood.

I had seen your work before on Garage of Evil, but just came across your website a couple of days ago. I must say this is some of the most incredible work I have ever seen. I just started working with paper mache this past year and it amazes me to see some of the things that can be done with it. Great job on everything and I look forward to seeing your future projects.
