It can be purchased online through Trenton Mills. http://www.trentonmills.com/beefstockinette.htm It is sort of like a super stretchy cheese clothe. I purchased 5lbs of it about 4 years ago, (I can cover a LOT of area with it) and it still has lots of life left in it. It comes in a tube, and you will need to cut it open and then cut it into pieces. I soaked mine in RIT fabric whitener to make it glow under a black light.
